Access Rail Reservation Number

With "rail and fly" you usually get a code number together with your flight ticket. To make it clear: You have to buy the Rail&Fly ticket at the same time and through the same channel as your flight ticket. Once the flight ticket is booked and issued, Rail&fly cannot be added to it.
