What is The Air France Cancellation Policy?

If you bought your ticket from Air France, either online or at an Air France ticket office, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours at no extra charge. For same-day cancelations (before midnight), your bank account will not be debited. Can I cancel my Air France ticket? If you purchase a refundable ticket (with or without penalty) or a non-refundable ticket on www.airfrance.ca then you can request your refund online by going to the Review / Modify Your Bookings page. 

You can change the date, time, or itinerary of your flight, as well as your travel class, if your fare rules allow for changes with or without a fee. Please note: if the price of your new flight is higher, you must pay a supplement. If the price is lower, you will be partially reimbursed.
